Purpose

AFK is an internal tool reserved for members of the Product team. It lets you see colleagues' presence, declare your own statuses and, for managers, approve leave and absence requests.

Access

Access is limited to people with an authorised work account. Each person is responsible for the use of their account and only declares for themselves.

Fair use

• Declare accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Do not use the information shown for anything other than organising work.
• Do not try to bypass approval rules or access other people's data.

Value of declarations

A leave or absence request approved in AFK helps organise the team. It does not replace the employer's official HR procedures, which remain the reference.

Availability

AFK is provided as is, with no guarantee of continuous availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or updates.

Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
